Globals
Global settings are your account-wide defaults for messaging, attachments, and sending schedule. Every new campaign inherits them automatically, and any campaign can override them individually without affecting the others.
Content Guidelines
These fields define how your emails are written by default, whenever a campaign doesn't set its own.
- Goal — what you want the email to achieve (e.g. book a call, get a reply, drive a signup).
- Tone — the voice used in your emails. Choose from Professional, Professional but friendly, Enthusiastic, Concise, Formal, Casual, or Custom.
- Value Proposition — the core pitch: why the recipient should care.
- Email Length — Short (~40 words), Medium (~80 words), or Long (~160 words). This is a steer, not a hard limit.
- Call to Action — the specific ask at the end of the email.
- Writing Guidelines — style rules to follow (e.g. avoid jargon, no exclamation marks).
- Additional Notes — anything else worth factoring in that doesn't fit the fields above.
Click Save to apply changes. These become the default for every campaign that has global content guidelines turned on — a campaign can still set its own goal, tone, or length instead, without affecting any other campaign.
Attachments
Files uploaded here are included by default in every campaign's outgoing emails.
- Click or drag a file to upload. Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV, JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG — up to 5MB per file.
- Uploaded files are listed with a running count (0 files total when empty).
Any individual campaign can choose not to include global attachments, so adding a file here won't force it onto a campaign that's opted out.
Sending Calendar
Controls which days emails are allowed to go out, account-wide by default.
- Timezone selector — sets the timezone your sending schedule is evaluated against; the current local time in that zone is shown for reference.
- Sending Days — pick Every day, Weekdays only, All paused, or check individual days (Mon–Sun) to customize.
If today is an unchecked day, sending is paused — queued emails aren't lost or cancelled, they simply wait and go out automatically once an allowed day arrives. The panel shows this at a glance (e.g. "Sending is paused today — resumes tomorrow").
As with the other global settings, individual campaigns can override the sending calendar with their own schedule instead of inheriting this one.
How overrides work
Every campaign starts by inheriting all three global settings. On a per-campaign basis, you can turn off inheritance for:
- Content guidelines — to write custom goal, tone, value prop, etc. for that campaign only.
- Attachments — to exclude global attachments or use different ones.
- Sending calendar — to run that campaign on its own timezone and days.
Changing a global setting doesn't retroactively touch emails a campaign has already generated — for content changes to apply, you'd need to regenerate. Attachment resolution works differently: it's baked in at the moment an email is generated, sent, or scheduled, not read fresh each time.
