Outlook

Connecting an Outlook mailbox uses Microsoft's own sign-in flow, so you never need to enter a password directly into Aimly.

Steps​

  1. When creating or editing a brand, select Outlook as the email provider.
  2. Enter your Outlook email address.
  3. Click Sign in using Microsoft.
  4. Aimly will display a code and a link to Microsoft's device sign-in page.
  5. Copy the code, then open the link (it opens in a new tab).
  6. Paste the code on Microsoft's page when prompted.
  7. Follow Microsoft's authorization steps — sign in if you aren't already, then approve access.

Once approved, control returns to Aimly and your Outlook mailbox is connected. No app password or manual SMTP/IMAP setup is needed for Outlook.
