Email provider integrations
Aimly Email connects a sending mailbox through SMTP and IMAP. SMTP sends campaign mail; IMAP detects replies and reads the Sent folder used for baseline and delivery workflows.
For password-based providers, use an app password, not your normal mailbox password. Outlook mailboxes connect by signing in with Microsoft instead, which stores no password at all; Gmail offers the same via Sign in with Google.

Use TLS and port 587 for SMTP. The dashboard fills the Sent folder for known providers; it is important that this matches the mailbox’s actual folder.
